IRC partners with Cogmation in its first competition
The International Robotics Championship (IRC) is taking it to the next level by partnering up with none other than Cogmation Robotics, the developer of Virtual Robotics Toolkit. These two organizations share the same endeavor of making robotics learning easy and accessible to all.
Cogmation Robotics was established in 2005 with the desire to take the rocket science out of robotics and bring real world application to non-technical consumers. They are committed to developing easy-to-use robots for everyday use and expanding robotics technology to its full potential.
Virtual Robotics Toolkit is one of the software simulations created by Cogmation. It enables users to design and control robots in a virtual environment. Without needing a physical robot, it gives students and teachers the opportunity to master their robotic skills. IRC, on the other hand, is formed to create a suitable environment for all students who wish to learn robotics and prove their skills of designing and programming robots to solve various tasks.
This exciting partnership between IRC and Cogmation will facilitate FREE licenses of Virtual Robotics Toolkit to participants over the course of the competition. The free key codes will be available one week before the competition.
